One-on-one coaching for clinicians with ADHD
One-on-one coaching for clinicians who are tired of feeling like they're failing — and ready to understand how their ADHD is holding them back from the "knowing–doing" gap in their own lives.
Sound familiar?
"I know what works. I know what to do. I just can't seem to get myself together enough to make it happen — in my own life." What almost every clinician says on our first call
The partnership
You're not looking for another system to fail at. You're looking for a partner who's trained in ADHD coaching, who has sat exactly where you're sitting, and who understands the specific frustration of knowing the strategies you'd hand a client — and still not being able to use them on yourself, or with your own family.
Who this is for
This is for clinicians in helping professions who are exceptional at their jobs and quietly overwhelmed everywhere else — who've read the books, tried the planners, and still feel like they're failing at the parts of life no one sees on their resume.
How it works
A relaxed conversation to talk through what's going on, and whether coaching is the right next step for you.
No hard sell. We'll talk honestly about what coaching can and can't do, so you can decide with a clear head.
If it's a fit and you're ready, you'll pick from one of three coaching packages built around where you're starting from.
What changes
Through ACT-based coaching grounded in the science of human behavior, you'll learn exactly how ADHD shows up in your daily professional life — and why the strategies you've already tried keep falling flat.
As a BCBA, ACT practitioner, and late-diagnosed adult with ADHD, I bring something most coaches can't: I already understand the shame that lives between your clinical expertise and your Tuesday night. You won't have to explain yourself here.
I won't assign tasks or hand you a to-do list. Through reflective inquiry and values clarification, you'll generate your own insight and your own momentum — and change that comes from inside is the kind that sticks.

About your coach
I'm a BCBA, an ACT practitioner, and a late-diagnosed adult with ADHD. For years I could write a behavior plan for anyone but myself. This coaching practice exists because I looked for someone who understood the clinical side and the ADHD side at once — and couldn't find one. So I became her.
